” Having been in senior Corporate roles previously, I was used to participating in group discussion and board meetings to float ideas and reach consensus on opportunities and actions. However, as a newly self-employed small business owner I soon realised I didn’t have this avenue available to me anymore.
The peer-based board meetings coupled with individual coaching provided by The Alternative Board immediately appealed to me and has provided an opportunity to float my issues and to help other business owners.
